Generic chatbox for users like me, due to the current character set SA:MP is using.?
There are users like me who actually understands the cyrillic alphabet, but can't read it due to the reason above.
Setting the default character set on applications wouldn't solve this fully, because my language has some special characters (? ? ? ? ? o ? ? u) and they would be fucked up.
